The Mowing Crew Leader plays a key role in delivering consistent, high quality service to our residential and commercial clients. This position is responsible for leading and managing a two to three person mowing crew, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards. The Crew Leader oversees daily routes, maintains equipment, and communicates site conditions or needs with management to keep operations running smoothly. Prior mowing or landscaping experience is required, with leadership experience preferred for candidates ready to take ownership of their work and lead by example.
The Mowing Crew Member supports our mowing operations by performing routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and cleanup at residential and commercial properties. This role works closely with the Crew Leader, following direction to maintain quality standards while operating mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Crew Members are expected to work as part of a team, stay on schedule, and maintain a clean, professional appearance at all job sites. Prior experience is helpful but not required, as training is provided for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
The Lawn Care Technician is responsible for applying fertilizer and weed control treatments to residential and commercial properties according to assigned routes. This role involves operating and maintaining spray equipment and spreaders, monitoring turf health, and identifying problem areas that may need additional attention. Technicians are expected to keep accurate service records and provide professional, courteous interaction with customers when needed. Prior experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate who is reliable, detail oriented, and motivated to learn.
The Landscape and Hardscape Crew Member assists with a variety of installation projects including planting, mulch work, and hardscape construction. This position involves using hand tools, power tools, and equipment while working outdoors in varying conditions and lifting materials as needed. Crew Members follow project plans and take direction from crew leaders to ensure each job is completed safely and to quality standards. Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are dependable and eager to learn.
